Guillermo Garcia is the Operations Manager for the FORWARD Team and a finance professional based in Arlington, Virginia. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech, where he earned a degree in Finance with a concentration in Financial Planning and Wealth Management.

In his role with FORWARD, Guillermo is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting agents, and ensuring internal processes, timelines, and deliverables run efficiently. He works closely with the team to maintain consistency, organization, and a high standard of execution across listings, marketing coordination, and client-facing initiatives.

He also serves as an Enterprise Client Tax Associate at Bloomberg Industry Group, where he supports enterprise clients with technology-driven tax research and compliance workflows, strengthening his analytical skill set and attention to detail.

Guillermo’s background in finance, operations, and process management allows him to support the FORWARD Team with structure, reliability, and a solutions-oriented approach.
